What is Respect at RPM?

RPM values and is committed to diversity and inclusion at our organization. We support this commitment through our Respect at RPM program. This new program is designed to emphasize and foster the importance of diversity and inclusion at RPM and support associates’ growth and development.

Respect at RPM messaging begins by describing the link between our core values of Transparency, Trust and Respect to our work environment.

  • Respect at RPM reinforces how, by working with transparency, trust and respect in mind, we can each contribute to positive work experiences for ourselves and others. Working with Transparency includes asking questions and being approachable. It means respectfully communicating and cooperating with others.
  • When you work with Transparency, you build Trust. You can further develop trusting relationships by sharing information, getting to know your coworkers, collaborating with others, and acknowledging your coworker’s efforts and accomplishments.
  • Our values are connected. Working with Transparency and Trust help you demonstrate and create Respect. By living the core values and demonstrating transparency, trust and respect at work every day you can contribute to a more connected, respectful and inclusive work environment.

Please watch for more Respect at RPM messaging in the future. We all have a role in supporting diversity and inclusion in our workplace. We should each expect to be treated with respect and should be respectful toward others at work.
