Employee Engagement Survey FY25 – TBT

RPM will be launching our annual Employee Engagement survey this month. The survey goes to global associates across all its operating businesses. If you are a permanent employee and have longer than 30 days service at the date of survey launch, you will be invited to participate in the survey.

Completion is optional, and we strongly encourage all employees to partake so your voice can be heard, this is your opportunity to put your opinions and ideas forward.

We guarantee that every comment made by our associates is read. Using the employee engagement survey is an effective way for your business and RPM to make better informed decisions, allocate resources efficiently and to understand the training and development needs of all our employees. It also helps us identify trends across our businesses and helps us understand where we can improve to engage, retain, and advance our most important asset – YOU!

We understand that you may have a level of uncertainty or concern about providing candid and honest responses and whether the answers can be attributed back to you personally.  To minimise this concern as in prior years RPM have engaged Culture Amp, a third-party employee experience platform, to host the annual employee engagement survey.

Using the Culture Amp platform to host our engagement survey allows us to ensure that individual employee responses remain anonymous, allowing you to be open and clearly communicate any concerns or recommendations you may have for your business.

For employees with a company email address, a link will be sent directly to your email address from Culture Amp once the survey launches. For those employees who do not, there will be QR codes on posters across the facility that you can scan with your mobile phone to access the survey.

All employees without an email address will be provided a unique code from Human Resources and / or your supervisor that you can use to access your survey once you have scanned the QR code.

RPM cannot tie your responses back to your unique code or your email address as this information is encrypted by Culture Amp.

This year, the company is also making it easier for you to complete your survey by adding kiosks /laptops/tablets for your use so you can complete your survey at a desktop.

The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete, but responses have the potential to have a permanent impact on your employee experience and help us to make RPM a better place to work for everyone!
